Welcome to DPO Property Consultancy Chartered Surveyors in Leeds

Welcome to DPO Property Consultancy Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers based in Leeds. We predominantly work on property in Yorkshire and the North of the Country however we also offer a national service where our client’s needs dictate. As Building Surveyors we offer a range of consultancy services to both commercial and private clients including Project Management, Party Wall Surveyor and Building Surveys.

The consultancy was established by Darren O'Neill who has gained experience with some of the established multi-disciplinary practices and in local government undertaking the full range of Building Surveying and Project Management duties for corporate, public sector and domestic clients, More recently we have diversified to include the insurance sector working with Crawford & Company Loss Adjusters as well as the leading insurance validations service provider.

As a business we seek to provide the service levels expected of a mainstream provider, at the cost and personal service level furnished by a small independent practice.
