Valuation at Risk Calculations
Where an insurance claim is being considered by Insurers, a Value at Risk calculation may be requested to assist in determining questions of under-insurance and to establish any adjustments applicable to the Building's Policy claim.
Access to accurate re-build rates is critical, as is the correct construction knowledge and measurement skills in order to provide an accurate calculation that may be relied upon in the event of future challenge.
